What if I already have a towing company, but I’m unhappy with their service?
The application we provide you for our service will include a “Cancelation Page”, typically the last page of the application. Once received by us, the form is submitted to the state for approval (a process which takes about 10 days), after which, we will change the signage on your property at no cost.
How much does it cost to have a vehicle relocated?
Vehicle owners are solely responsible for fees associated with this service. You can expect fair and equitable handling of parking violators without price gouging or unethical treatment. We staff safe, uniformed and courteous drivers and customer service representatives. Signage (both installation and deinstallation of previous signage) is free to you and your community as well and we charge NO maintenance or service fees.
What is the difference between “On-Call” and “Patrol” Service?
We recommend on-call service for those that have infrequent/occasional concerns, the occasional need for a service call (jumpstart/tire change/lockout etc.) or you need a vehicle removed which has blocked a dumpster or entrance or is illegally parked within your fire lane or in handicap without proper identification.
We recommend patrol service for properties adhering to a sticker or permit program and find that residents, guests or both are repeatedly in violation of the rules set forth by your management team. We will choose a time of service to best fit your needs to correct issues of repeat offenses and encourage organization of parking and your preferred bylaws. Each property has its own needs and challenges, so we will work to craft a program to meet your individual goals.
How do I reach you late at night or on the weekends?
Our phone system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call (or text!) our main phone number and you will reach a member of our staff immediately! 847-724-4418. Additionally, we charge NO “gate fee” – Other towing companies charge an additional “gate fee” to customers who pick up their vehicles after 5PM and on weekends. We are staffed to release vehicles 7 days a week and without any additional charge to the customer.
I am worried that tenants will try to make damage claims. How can we prevent this?
Prior to a vehicle’s tow, the driver will take an array of detailed and thorough photos of all four points of the vehicle as well as document any existing damage. These photos are uploaded to our cloud-based online system and stored. We can refer back to the photos in the event that a tenant insists there has been damage incurred (for damage pre-existing). As an authorized caller for your property, YOU will also have full access to this information as well as the photos taken, Our trucks and drivers are insured with maximum policies, trucks are outfitted with audio and video surveillance. Our experienced drivers take excellent care to be cautious, safe, responsible, and respectful of their precious cargo. With our fleet, and industry leading insurance coverage, we can provide you with professional and effective service for your private property parking management. Our storage facility is also equipped with video surveillance so customers are relieved that their vehicle is safe and secure. Our facility exceeds the requirements of all law enforcement agencies. It is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Are you insured and properly licensed?
We have several million dollars of insurance which exceeds the minimum requirements. We are licensed by the state of Illinois and have all other licenses as required. We are aware of and follow all regulations governing our industry. We want to make working with us as easy and safe as possible, and take every measure to complete this important task for the safety of your property and its residents.
Do you notify me when a vehicle is towed from my property?
If we have a monitoring agreement in place for your property, we will abide strictly by the rules you have outlined (which can always be negotiated or changed at your request). We provide you an email notice in real time, accessible at your convenience, using a secure system with a login and password. Along with a list of the vehicles tagged and towed from the property, you will be able to see pictures of the vehicle, prior to its relocation, which are time and GPS stamped for accuracy.
